Grassland Restoration

We partner with ranchers that are using regenerative practices to raise ruminant animals and rebuild vibrant grasslands across the U.S. Land Steward Partners will invest side-by-side with ranchers to expand to more acres, deliver more biodiversity benefits, and rebuild soil carbon.

 

Watershed Resilience

Our projects are focused on farming, but when farms rebuild soil health, they store water, reduce nutrient and pesticide runoff, and enhance watershed resilience. These farms also happen to be more resilient to drought and floods. This management approach translates to more consistent production, restored water resources, and more resilient communities. We work with local partners that know the land, the ecosystem, and the management strategies that bring the land back to life. We bring patient capital that understands resilient landscapes are infrastructure and expects similar investment terms. We seek durable outcomes for rural communities and the environments we all depend on.

Agrivoltaics

Working with solar companies and farmers to structure contracts for long-term management of vegetation and food production in a way that benefits both parties financially. Bringing together expertise in renewable energy project development and operation, environmental restoration, and regenerative agriculture, we are shaping new markets for end products and ensuring fair and durable outcomes for farmers.
